In what order should I apply Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream when I use other Colorescience treatment products? Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream should be applied after all non-color treatment products, such as Even Up® MultiCorrection Serum and/or Pep Up® Collagen Boost Face & Neck Treatment. Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream should be applied before any treatment product containing color, such as Even Up® Clinical Pigment Perfector® SPF 50, All Calm® Clinical Redness Corrector SPF 50, and before Total Eye® 3-in-1 Renewal Therapy SPF 35. I use another topical eye product containing [(retinoids, peptics, other ingredients, etc)]. Can I also use Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream?
Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream was formulated without ingredients known to cause sensitivity when used in combination with Retinol and Alpha-Hydroxy / Beta-hydroxy acids. However, these ingredients alone may cause temporary skin reactions, including a slight tingling or irritation that should dissipate with minutes and get better within 3 days. If adverse reactions occur, contact your skin health professional. Can I use Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream instead of other topical treatments recommended by my dermatologist?
How long do I need to use this to see results? Individual results may vary. In our clinical study, participants saw improvements in dark circles, puffiness, skin laxity, crow’s feet, and dehydration as early as 4 weeks using Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream twice daily. Consistent use of sunscreen is important to prevent further skin aging from UV and HEV light. Can I use Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream around the mouth or any other part of the face? Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream® can be used around the mouth or any part of the face, however, keep in mind the ingredients were selected for optimum results specifically for the delicate eye area. How long will the product last? The product will last at least 90 days when using half a pump twice a day. Can I put Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream in the refrigerator? Yes. Our studies have shown that placing in the refrigerator has no effect on product performance. If you are using this in business or practice, please comply with standard safety practices and do not place any Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream product in a refrigerator containing food. Can pregnant or nursing women use Total Eye® Firm & Repair Cream? There are no ingredients that are contraindicated for use in pregnant/nursing women. Total Eye® has been Dermatologist tested and Ophthalmologist reviewed for irritation and sensitization and has undergone industry safety testing which deem it hypoallergenic and safe for contact lens wearers, and for use around the eye area and sensitive eyes. Please note this product is not allergy proof and may cause reaction in select individuals with history of allergies. In very small number of cases (less than one in a thousand), allergic reactions may be significant. If you experience such reaction, please discontinue product use and contact your physician.
As with any eye treatment product being used for the first time, Total Eye® may cause temporary skin reactions, including a slight tingling or irritation that should dissipate within minutes and get better with regular use. Use of certain products can potentially increase the probability of these reactions (e.g.: retinol, retinoids, alpha hydroxy, salicylic acid or niacinamide, etc).
