Avéli™ Cellulite Treatment

Avéli™ is a minimally invasive treatment that employs a handheld device. Avéli™ targets and cuts connective tissue bands below the skin responsible for cellulite dimples during each session.

The treatment starts with the area marked. Then, a local lidocaine injection will numb the target skin. Once the treatment site is numb, we will insert the Avéli™ handpiece (a small wand with a retractable blade) under the skin. This physically cuts the septa bands individually, providing precise results for pleasing skin smoothness.

Lastly, we will cover the area with an absorbent dressing, cushioned pads, and tight compression legging to minimize swelling and bruising. Patients can return to normal activities after the treatment. Still, they should avoid vigorous lower body exercise, like jogging or running, for ten days to two weeks.
